solid stay, good location
helpful staff super clean room soaking tub
idris at check-in was very helpful. he. the room included a tea stand, a mini fridge, and bottled water which i appreciated. housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room super clean . the room included a soaking tub, this was great.
The bed made some noise when i moved around at night. It was slightly distracting.

quick access convenient park relaxing experience
the location offered quick access to shops and restaurants. it was convenient to visit the park across the street early in the morning with coffee. i found it relaxing to sit there.
the bathroom window had a draft , so i needed to use the heater in the room.

faulty key card inconvenient lift
the location IS amazing. it is right across from the park and the tube station next door.
My key card DIDN'T work every night, so i had to go to reception. it was frustrating. one day i waited for the lift, but it had a mattress inside. I needed to take another lift, so inconvenient.
